Inside Sales Representative

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Support our team business for all sports within Sports Endeavors. This division will lead our goal to be #1 uniform supplier in the US. Focus on growing sales on the front line for team emails and phones, by up-selling, following-up on quotes, and orders by providing world class legendary service to our team customer.
The Inside Sales Representative will grow partnerships across multiple sports including: soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, field hockey, rugby and other sports by fielding inbound contacts and sales opportunities in a call center environment. You must be comfortable working in an office environment daily, making/taking dozens of calls and emails per day, generating price quotes, overcoming objections, qualifying prospects, closing sales and following up on all active accounts to ensure legendary customer service.
Shifts:
(1) 9:00 am-5:30 pm
(1) 10:00 am-6:30 pm
(1) 1:30 pm -10:00 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow team sales by supporting front line phones and emails
Quoting
Guiding customers into a legendary experience
Up-selling
Quote Follow Up resulting in Increased Conversion
Accurate placement of orders in CRM system
Customer Support: Front line team (soccer and multi-sport) phone and email support
Provides accurate information regarding team products, orders placed, package tracking, shipping and other assistance to help meet and exceed customers' needs.
Maintains strong professional relationships with customer base, and takes a proactive approach to resolve customer complaints through identifying the root cause of the issue and makes positive recommendations for resolution.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Intermediate computer skills required. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Customer Service: Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different personalities positively, is essential.
Communication Skills: A big part of sales and customer service is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations and to maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Entry level sales experience a plus.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to work a varying work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Proven customer support experience in a high volume environment with a track record of overachieving quotas.
Analytical Skills: Ability to take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and accurately quote customers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
