As a receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring their experience at our hospital is positive and seamless.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Schedule patient appointments in accordance with hospital scheduling guidelines Obtain medical and other information from referring veterinarians when needed! Receive deposits and payments and explain payment options to clients.
Keep the cash drawer balanced and the daily report up to date.
Enter client communication into Cornerstone Software Communicate efficiently with staff members to organize case flow.
Perform cleaning duties of the lobby, reception area, restroom, and parking lot.
Skills Desired:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Cornerstone Software Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Schedule:
The Receptionist position will be full-time, four 10-hour days with rotating Saturdays.
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the needs of the hospital.
