Responsibilities:
As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
Answer phones
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
