Administrative Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced small but busy office where efficiency and effectiveness are critical to job performance.
Your work history shows reliability.
You are a competent, organized, efficient, and meticulous and a detail-oriented person, able to problem solve.
Your computer skills are decent with the ability to learn new programs needed to help run the office.
You have experience managing an office that include receptionist duties.
You know how to manage inventory and order supplies.
You can work with minimal supervision but accept direction and seek help when needed.
You must type a minimum of 50 words per minute, work with a filing system and follow organization systems already in place.
You excel in client services and your vocabulary reflects strong communication and writing skills.
You are discrete, emotionally mature, compassionate, professional, polite, multi-tasker who can take on many duties to keep the whole office functioning efficiently, effectively and professionally.
You must have a professional appearance that reflects a healthy lifestyle and a nonsmoker.
You must believe in and reflect our mission of Healthy Living as a priority.
You must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Require at least 2 years of education after high school.

A consistent work history is preferred.
Ability to read cursive writing is required.
The ability to write cursively is also preferred.
This is a Full-time hourly position with good potential for overtime.
You must not be encumbered when overtime is needed.
You must be able to arrive at work by 8:
45 AM every morning.
