CEDAR GROVE LAW is a law firm founded in 2020 that focuses on business and estate planning, agribusiness and land use, and disputes that arise in these areas.
We understand that practicing excellent law and being a little quirky are not mutually exclusive! This role will support our firm operations and marketing functions.
What does that mean? Welp, much of your time will be working in client relationship management tools like, Calendly, Clio, Adobe, Outlook, and Canva.
You'll also help our business development team with things like editorial and event calendars, social media and blog content, and event planning.
You'll process mail, calendar clients, order supplies, and help with things like broken automations, vendor relationships, scanning and office upkeep, to name a few things you'll do as a utility player at our firm.
MOST of this work needs to performed on sight at our vibrant, co-working office in downtown Hillsborough each day.
There will be some opportunity for remote work and schedule flexibility.
Requirements Proactive, organized personality Desire to create, streamline, and automate processes 4-year degree highly preferred Solid Office365 experience, especially Outlook Calendar and Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Located near Hillsborough, NC Ability to figure out software quickly (Adobe, Canva, Calendly, etc.
) Sense of humor (no, kidding) Bonus points if you're relatively creative and good behind the camera (read:
