Sr Product Growth Manager
The Sr.
Product Growth Manager is responsible for our premier educator website.
This role works closely with cross-functional team members who lean on this role to serve as a product manager in prioritizing and driving enhancements that accelerate growth and drive key business and engagement metrics.
The role will lead experiments and concept testing and then communicate learnings to stakeholders.
They will prioritize and oversee all website updates based on the level of impact and effort required also ensuring that updates meet functionality, usability, accessibility, and reliability objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Reviews, plans, and develops website strategy.
Maintains all web content, including in-app guidance and best practices, articles, blogs, and landing pages.
Generates test ideas and owns and manages a/b testing.
Analyzes test results and proposes new ideas based on the data's learnings.
Works with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering leadership to gather buy-in on roadmap momentum.
Coordinates updates that may include new offerings, enhanced to existing offerings, and new engagement strategies.
Monitors and communicates progress and results to peers and management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position may have direct supervisory duties over product managers.

Education and/or
Experience:

years of product management or growth marketing role in the K-12 education market.
Computer Skills:
Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Comfortable with a/b testing tools similar to Optimizely and VWO Experience in internet navigation and search utilities, high degree of comfort and ability for computer system and network navigation, knowledge of how to create, search for, copy, move, rename, and change file types, knowledge of how to transport and save information across different formats.
