Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Order Operations and Fraud Prevention team through our peak season (May- September).
The Order Operations team is responsible for maintaining a seamless flow, from order placement, through various Sports Endeavors order systems and production facilities to package shipment and payment processing.
This position will assist in the daily correction of order issues which impact successful shipment and charging of customer orders, with a focus on resolving payment issues.
Our Fraud Prevention team is the first line of defense in protecting the business against fraudulent activity and is responsible for customer order review, validating that each order is legitimate and authorized by the cardholder.
This position will assist in analyzing order data to determine if a transaction is valid as well as supporting a collection effort through customer phone calls and emails to resolve payment-related disputes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Initiate contact with customers daily via phone and email related to payment issues or declined payments; collect payment on orders shipped but disputed with the customer's credit card company Analyze and decision orders that are held for fraudulent transaction screening using company fraud management systems and tools Communicate empathetically with cardholders to confirm order validity Proactively correct orders with issues daily within assigned buckets, escalating unique situations to department leaders Participate enthusiastically and show commitment to the team to meet or exceed team goals and achieve legendary service standards
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environment Experience with SAP and fraud prevention systems is desired Basic understanding of credit card processing and chargeback lifecycle High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce, customer service, or payments industry Associate degree or higher preferred English/Spanish bi-lingual speaker is a plus Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation, team member merchandise discounts, athletic club membership discounts, and more About Sports Endeavors Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
